These Marketing Survey Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your participation in any marketing survey (the "Survey") conducted by JAM (the "Company"). By participating in the Survey, you agree to these Terms in full.

Participation in the Survey is open to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria specified by the Company. Employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates of the Company and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Personal Data

Participation in the Survey is voluntary.By participating in the Survey, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your responses and personal information as described in the Company's Privacy Policy.You agree to provide accurate and truthful information in response to the Survey questions.You may only participate in the Survey once, unless expressly permitted by the Company.

Derivative Data

Information our servers automatically collect when you access the Site, such as your IP address, your browser type, your operating system, your access times, and the pages you have viewed directly before and after accessing the Site.

Financial Data

Financial information, such as data related to your payment method (e.g. valid credit card number, card brand, expiration date) that we may collect when you purchase, order, return, exchange, or request information about our services from the Site. We store only very limited, if any, financial information that we collect. Otherwise, all financial information is stored by our payment processor Stripe, and you are encouraged to review their privacy policy and contact them directly for responses to your questions.

Personal and other information you may provide when entering contests or giveaways and/or responding to surveys.

The Company will handle your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy .You consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information for the purposes of conducting the Survey and analyzing Survey responses.

The Company reserves the right to terminate or modify the Survey at any time without prior notice.The Company may disqualify participants who violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent behavior.

Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy.Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Survey shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Italy .

Entire Agreement:

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your participation in the Survey and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements and understandings.

By participating in the Survey, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not participate in the Survey.
